Wouldn't it be wonderful to have a moment of rest every day, a moment where you can come back to yourself, relax and feel lighter?
Stress management is not only relaxing, but also knowing how to deal with tension. Nor is it a question of striving for a stress-free life.
Stress is part of our growth process. As soon as we step out of our known patterns to learn something new, we experience tension. It is an art to deal with this positively.

Too much tension in your life can be quite harmful and can lead to exhaustion, burnout, anxiety, depression or physical complaints.
You can develop relaxation in different ways. Meditation, the ancient art of finding peace within yourself, is one of them.
Rudra yoga or Rising Energy Meditation is a form of meditation and breathing technique that ensures that you develop a deep peace in your core. This form of meditation has its origins in Kashmir Shaivism. Kashmir Shaivism is the basis of Buddhism, among others. It is a non-dual teaching just like "A Course in Miracles"
